THE STORY BEHIND THE ART

We give our children grounding. Structure. Deep-down, lifelong lessons. We plant roots with the hope that they will be strong enough to hold through whatever seasons life brings.

Thrive is inspired by the Japanese maple, a tree associated with abundant blessing and survival. Its reaching branches and deep roots reflect what we hope to give our children: a foundation from which they can grow, weather hardship, and become fully themselves.

We cannot know what their lives will hold. We can only tend the roots, nurture their growth, and hope that what we have planted will help them do more than survive.

We hope they thrive.
